The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and prep cooks, and delegate tasks as needed</li><li>Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and adheres to recipe guidelines</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including monitoring equipment and ensuring proper sanitation practices</li><li>Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, kitchen procedures, and safety protocols</li><li>Manage scheduling and payroll for kitchen staff</li><li>Communicate effectively with management, front-of-house staff, and customers to ensure seamless service</li><li>Identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local health department regulations and food safety standards</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds</li></ul><p>Won Life Brands offers competitive pay, flexible work, health, dental, vision, and short term disability insurance, EAP services, 401k, and paid time off</p></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
