    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and execute financial, operational and compliance audit engagements in alignment with Global Internal Auditing Standards.</li>\n <li>Develop risk-based audit programs and detailed test procedures tailored to key risks and processes.</li>\n <li>Apply advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and control gaps.</li>\n <li>Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and provide value‑added, actionable recommendations for improvement.</li>\n <li>Prepare clear, concise audit reports, incorporating data visualizations where they enhance understanding.</li>\n <li>Stay current with evolving auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and leading practices.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while upholding objectivity, independence, and professional skepticism.</li>\n <li>Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives that support departmental and organizational priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Undergraduate degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or IT.</li>\n <li>A recognized accounting and/or auditing designation (CPA, CIA, CISA).</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of internal audit or related experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in public accounting or the manufacturing industry considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Advanced data analytics skills using tools such as Power BI, Excel (advanced functions)</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and senior management.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently on assignments with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Flexible to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Office environment</li>\n <li>Periodic production site reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-Management</li>\n <li>Change Management</li>\n <li>Teamwork and Collaboration</li>\n <li>Resilience</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven auditing proficiency, including compliance to Global Internal Audit Standards.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ERP systems, advanced data analytics and AI-enabled tools would be beneficial.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This posting is for an existing vacancy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The expected compensation range for this position is $96,570-$128,760. This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
