This leadership position requires flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations. May be required to work nights and/or weekends.</li>\n <li><strong>Task Management:</strong> Ability to manage and track large amounts of information, including but not limited to medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys. </li>\n <li><strong>Reliability:</strong> A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, reliable vehicle and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities.</li>\n <li><strong>Values:</strong> An appreciation for The Salvation Army’s mission of service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Is Highly Organized:</strong> You can track everything from medical appointments and petty cash to staff training and fire drills with ease.</li>\n <li><strong>Is a Communicator:</strong> You speak and write with respect, professionalism and kindness when coordinating with program participants, families, staff, and funding sources.</li>\n <li><strong>Is a Problem-Solver:</strong> You can anticipate needs before they arise and initiate solutions that prioritize the health and safety of our residents.</li>\n <li><strong>Has Diverse Experience:</strong> You have a background supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including dual diagnoses and behavioral challenges.
