Overview The Salvation Army, Developmental Disabilities Program Location: Lower Bucks County, PA Status: Full-Time (Exempt) Salary: $45,500 per year Program Coordinator (Community Based Living) Lead with Purpose At The Salvation Army, Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP), our Residential Program Coordinators are the leaders who make independence possible. You won’t just be supervising a team; you will be the primary advocate and architect of a supportive home life for adults with developmental disabilities. From ensuring top-tier care and safety to mentoring your staff, your leadership ensures our program’s individuals live with dignity and joy. Responsibilities What You’ll Bring to the Team We are looking for a dedicated professional with a blend of administrative excellence and a heart for service. The Essentials: Education & Experience: An Associate’s Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience. Technological Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word) and comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases. Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services. Leadership Skills: The ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment. This leadership position requires flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations. May be required to work nights and/or weekends. Task Management: Ability to manage and track large amounts of information, including but not limited to medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys. Reliability: A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, reliable vehicle and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities.
