The District Manager will coach and develop Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual display standards, and drive team performance.</p>\n<h2>Essential Job Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores, ensuring all operational and visual standards are met. In some cases, larger districts may have the support of an Area Manager.</li>\n <li>Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.</li>\n <li>Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing Store Managers and Area Managers (if applicable) and assist in developing future leaders to support MINISO’s rapid growth.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.</li>\n <li>Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Lead execution of all merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.</li>\n <li>Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with MINISO’s company strategies.</li>\n <li>Drive loss prevention awareness and shrink reduction efforts across all locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Strong business acumen, including P&L management and labor control.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>High level of integrity, initiative, and results-orientation.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel frequently within assigned district.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li><p>3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience; specialty or value retail preferred.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $72,100.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.",
