    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Job Title: Grounds Keeper</p><p>Department: SW Campground</p><p>Status: Seasonal</p><p>Reports To: Sleeping Wolf Campground Supervisor</p><h3><br></h3><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Campground Ground Keeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of campground grounds and facilities. This role helps ensure an enjoyable experience for campers by keeping outdoor areas, restrooms, and common spaces well-maintained.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, raking, and debris removal</li><li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and common-use areas</li><li>Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the campground</li><li>Conduct minor repairs to facilities, picnic tables, fire rings, fences, and signage</li><li>Monitor campsites for safety issues and report concerns to management</li><li>Prepare campsites for incoming guests and clean sites after departure</li><li>Assist with basic landscaping and seasonal upkeep</li><li>Follow campground safety, health, and environmental guidelines</li><li>Provide friendly assistance to campers when needed</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of essential functions for the job described, but rather a general description of some of the responsibilities necessary to carry out the duties of this position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Basic knowledge of groundskeeping or maintenance preferred</li><li>Ability to safely operate lawn and hand tools</li><li>Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (preferred, if equipment or vehicles are used)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Outdoor work in all weather conditions</li><li>Some weekend, holiday, and early morning hours may be required</li></ul></div></div>\n",
