    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Master&rsquo;s Degree</strong> from an accredited university in the area of social work or counseling with 2+ years of relevant experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MUST be a Registered Intern&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Driver&rsquo;s License Must be in good standing</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational skills</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in computer programs and software</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Full Service School Therapist&nbsp;</strong>provides direct clinical services to assigned cases in accordance with the client&rsquo;s treatment plan. Responsibilities include providing assessment, individual, group and family counseling services.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Documents therapeutic interactions in the client&rsquo;s chart.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively participates in client&rsquo;s treatment plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates care between psychiatrist, and other disciplines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Charting is accurate and legible in specific terms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in discharge planning in accordance with treatment team and client status.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recognizes and reports signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates appropriate responsibility in collecting and reporting client data in accordance with the policy and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Functions as an individual/group/family Psychotherapist by conducting regular therapy session for the client.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in the development of therapeutic programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates and provides consultation to team members on client&rsquo;s mental health issues to ensure team approach is implemented.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Records all pertinent therapeutic data in client progress notes in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attends all treatment team meetings and treatment plan updates with supporting documentation as necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establishes and maintains contact with relevant community and school personnel to provide accurate monitoring of services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains accurate and up to date records of client&rsquo;s treatment plans and progress notes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to develop clinical rationale and direction of treatment within supervision and displays understanding in practice.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures that documentation in client&rsquo;s file, group log and weekly summaries is accurate and completed in the prescribed time (Outcomes Measures, CFRAS, Treatment Plan Updates, Grid Sheet etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to utilize supervision and peer review to work toward professional growth and increase clinical competency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains up to date daily provider logs which reflect number of units and all services provided day to day.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively supports agency philosophy and goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completes assignments per department and agency schedules (i.e., SAMIS entries, Medicaid billing etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Displays adaptability to changes in the work duties or settings, including being open to new ideas and approaches to current tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively seeks self-improvement opportunities (continuing education and professional development).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reports to work, scheduled meetings, and appointments on time as scheduled.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides proper notification for absences and tardiness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Models appropriate and professional behavior (i.e., dress, habits, personality, tact, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Escorts client safely to activities or appointments as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures that clients need and services are provided within departmental guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relates with clients, parents, peers, school personnel and the general public in a respectful and professional manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures Units of Service is accurate in SAMIS (Data Entry)<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>96% Above Expectations</li><li>95% Meets Expectations</li><li>90% Below Expectations</li></ol></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The employee will be required to talk, hear and see; ability to manipulate objects with hands/fingers</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Medical Benefits, including dental and vision with 401K Benefits, PTO</strong></p></div>\n",
