If you enjoy seeing complex systems come together and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary technical lead for project implementation and ongoing support</li>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers to scope technical requirements and create detailed implementation plans</li>\n<li>Write comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, step-by-step procedures, and execution plans</li>\n<li>Implement and configure IT solutions in line with project specifications and internal best practices</li>\n<li>Train internal support teams on newly deployed systems and tools</li>\n<li>Track and monitor project milestones, ensuring successful delivery within timelines</li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining technical excellence</li>\n<li>Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness</li>\n<li>Be available for occasional off-hours (evening/weekend) deployments</li>\n<li>Provide hands-on troubleshooting and timely resolution of technical issues</li>\n<li>Stay current with emerging technologies through training and certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold\">Ideal Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure project implementation</li>\n<li>Industry-recognized certifications (preferred):\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate</li>\n<li>Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 &amp; AZ-801)</li>\n<li>Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)</li>\n<li>Fortinet Certifications (NSE4 &amp; NSE5)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with:\n<ul>\n<li>Cisco Meraki</li>\n<li>Microsoft Endpoint Manager</li>\n<li>Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)</li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual in English and French (Required)</span></li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold\">What’s on Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with highly experienced IT professionals</li>\n<li>Opportunities for continued growth and certification</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n<li>Remote work flexibility and a supportive team culture</li>\n</ul>",
