Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Sr. Information Technology (IT) Operations Analyst to support SDA’s mission. This role serves as the primary on-site Enterprise Operations (EO) representative responsible for the day-to-day management and support of IT for SDA.  Duties Include:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides customer service focused support acting as the primary liaison for questions, tickets, support, and actions between SDA staff and local network service providers. </li>\n <li>Assist with planning, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and operation of information management systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software – including classified locations and systems as appropriate. </li>\n <li>Support the management of all aspects of EO-supported IT to ensure efficient and responsive agency operations to include fiber-optic based telecommunication systems, information networks, and secure equipment (secure voice/data/facsimile/video) as relevant.</li>\n <li>Coordinates and supports the SDA property manager with collecting, tracking, and reporting property accountability of all EO-supported IT equipment and software. </li>\n <li>Collect IT requirements and coordinate IT resources for incoming SDA staff, as needed. </li>\n <li>Develop short- and long-term plans for appropriation of, assignment of, and operations of communication equipment and office/IT equipment to support the agency's mission. </li>\n <li>Work with the local service provider to support SDA’s IT needs, including support the process or performing provisioning of new accounts and deployment of equipment. </li>\n <li>Coordinate and submit IT tickets and services, fix technology and access related issues, process new employees, and in general maintain a well-functioning IT infrastructure across SDA’s IT. </li>\n <li>Work hand-in-hand with EO’s other local staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive support is delivered.</li>\n <li>Support the coordination, receipt, and delivery of office supplies and IT and office supplies in collaboration with the Records Management and Business Operations Management teams..</li>\n <li>Escort uncleared guests and vendors, as needed.</li>\n <li>Support other administrative duties on behalf of EO, as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BA or BS or Technical Certifications equivalent required.</li>\n <li>TS/SCI required; #qinetiqclearedjob</li>\n <li>8 + years directly related exp</li>\n <li>Comptia Security+ certification required</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in fast paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company EEO Statement</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility/Accommodation:</strong></p>\n<p>If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 1 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QinetiQ US is an Equal Opportunity employer.
