As a Project Manager on the Construction team, you’ll oversee projects from vision to completion, ensuring every detail reflects AOI’s commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This opportunity is ideal for a builder with solid experience in commercial construction, who is passionate about interior renovations and Class A office build-outs. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities across all project phases, ensuring goals and objectives are met within prescribed timelines and budgets.</li>\n<li>Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, meeting with owners to establish project scope and proactively resolving any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Estimating &amp; Budgeting: Develop accurate project estimates and budgets. Prepare bids, work orders, contracts, and purchase orders while ensuring clear scope of work and minimizing company risk.</li>\n<li>Schedule Management: Develop and manage critical path schedules, coordinating activities with subcontractors and staff to ensure timely project completion. Identify potential delays and take action to keep the project on track.</li>\n<li>Team Collaboration: Confer with project staff to outline work plans, assign responsibilities, and provide technical guidance. Foster a collaborative, problem-solving approach on the job site.</li>\n<li>Project Close-out: Complete necessary close-out documentation including cost accounting, as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, payment applications, and post-job reviews.</li>\n<li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to operate a computer and other office equipment, and communicate effectively. The position occasionally requires walking, standing, bending, or reaching during job site visits. The employee must be able to safely navigate active construction sites, which may involve uneven terrain, ladders, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. Periodic visits to construction sites are required, where the employee may be exposed to typical construction hazards including noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
