    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>This work will initially be in Oklahoma. </strong>&nbsp;You must be able to travel to the work location and stay in close proximity to the work to be considered. Weekly per diem and other benefits available.</p><p>The Field Service Engineer will provide troubleshooting, maintenance and support for the sustainment of the systems within the Integrated Surveillance Tower (IST) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting repair, replacement, and calibration of technology solutions that include networking, power, communications, sensors, and software. The role will include developing in-house engineering capabilities to improve offerings across projects and to improve and target opportunities for improving, upgrading and replacing technical solutions. &nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, you must possess a keen ability to resolve technical challenges in the field and in the warehouse. This position requires operating knowledge of software and sensor technologies, including, but not limited to, command and control (C2), operator use cases, radars, cameras (IR and visible), networks, communications, and power (generation, solar, storage, usage optimization). Experience in reading, generating, testing, and understanding requirements and drawings addressing specifications to meet contract requirements (technical specifications, cost, and schedule objectives).</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Field Engineering Services&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead all field engineering activities with a focus on developing processes and procedures based on lessons learned, documented processes and procedures, industry best practices, and engineering disciplines supporting electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanically operated sensor systems supporting the IST program and National Security Interests.</li><li>Work with the Field Service Team in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Provide Team leadership in support of training, mentorship, communicating project direction, scope, and reviewing work.&nbsp;</li><li>Interact with customer community/senior-level management/end users to identify needs, solutions, improvement opportunities, and issue resolution.</li><li>Work with the Sustainment Team to support developing procedures and checklists in support of quality, system inspections, completion of work, sustainment, and work order status and reporting</li><li>Support the development and review of proposals, CDRLs, studies, ECPs, and technical submissions</li><li>Support the engineering team in performing demonstrations, studies of software solutions, Artificial Intelligence (Ai) systems and techniques, radar, camera, network, communications, software, and power technologies to include failure analysis, fault isolation, technology refreshment, design changes, obsolescence, usability, repairability, function, and other solution areas as directed by management and the customer</li><li>Lead Field Service Representative in troubleshooting, replacement of components, calibration, testing, and verifying system operation and performance for IST systems, consisting of radars, cameras, networks, communications, software, and power technologies</li><li>Work with the engineering team to optimize renewable, hybrid, and off-grid energy and power system settings based on lessons learned, industry standards, and program requirements</li><li>Identify and recommend opportunities for technology improvement that position solutions with competitive advantages and features, either as part of a project, proposal, or an Internal Research and Development (IRAD) effort</li><li>Work with the Field Service Representatives to deploy, integrate, test, and commission systems consistent with technical requirements, manufacturer specifications, and project data</li><li>Assist in the development of marketing materials, technical content, briefings, and project deliverables</li><li>Work with the Engineering and Business Development Team to support the development and review of proposal and RFI content, including technical documents, procedures, solution sets, and partner strategies</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Material Support</strong></p><ul><li>Verify and review sustainment equipment operability prior to deployment and following return to confirm radars, cameras, network, communications, software, and power components are diagnosed and transitioned to the warehouse and ILSS team for proper disposition.</li><li>Work with the procurement team on reviewing consumables and component compliance with system designs and specifications.</li><li>Work with internal teams and 3rd party product suppliers to articulate existing designs, repair activities, obsolescence, product improvement, new/replacement equipment..</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Project Commissioning</strong></p><ul><li>Create&nbsp;and implement system commissioning packages per project requirements.</li><li>Participate in internal and external document and program reviews to support customer activities, programmatic activities, and subcontractor/vendor activities.</li><li>Develop and review technical content, including CAD, 3D, and 3-Line electrical drawing, design packages, drawings, models, build and production data.</li><li>Validate designs for installations.</li><li>Perform on-site commissioning with the customer (as required).</li><li>Support the development and review of training guides and manuals for operations and maintenance of systems and designs.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Teamwork</strong></p><ul><li>Participate as a vital crew member and contribute towards the success of the projects and the organization.</li><li>Promote a team approach and maintain communications with all employees to exchange information and gather ideas.</li><li>Collaborate with other company personnel
