      "content": "<li>Work with sales team to develop customer proposals</li><li>Meet &amp; consult with customers to review work scope and address/resolve any concerns</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external certification groups to assess certification costs and timing</li><li>Obtain approvals from customer for discrepancies and modifications</li><li>Monitor projects daily to ensure that obstacles are addressed and resources are adjusted as necessary</li><li>Deliver projects on schedule and on budget</li><li>Maintain a positive work environment by facilitating open communication with staff and leadership team</li><li>Initiate new or modified procedures to increase the professionalism, efficiency, quality, and productivity of the team</li><li>Direct overall work flow within Avionics balancing multiple priorities</li><li>Ensure appropriate cost data collection and billing to work orders</li><li>Close work orders within allowed timeline making sure customer is billed per the quote and that all labor and parts are issued to the appropriate squawks</li><li>Manage resource levels to match scheduled workload.&nbsp; Cross utilize team as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate directly with customers during and after service visits to ensure rapid resolution of any outstanding issues</li><li>Recommend and/or initiate personnel actions such as hiring, training, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. Ensure performance reviews are completed in a timely manner</li><li>Explains company policies to team members to ensure understanding and compliance</li><li>Performs other duties as directed</li>"

      "content": "<li>Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working in corporate aircraft avionics in a repair station environment</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing complex aircraft avionics modification and engineering integration services</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supervising/mentoring a staff of ten or more&nbsp;</li><li>Mastery of inspection &amp; install procedures with excellent troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical directives</li><li>Ability to provide technical assistance to customers and employees</li><div><b><u>Education:&nbsp;</u></b></div><li>Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business Management, Finance or equivalent work experience</li><li>FCC license or an FAA Repairman’s Certificate required</li><li>Airframe or Repairman’s certification preferred</li><div><br></div>"
