This role ensures that maintenance and safety processes designed by Continuous Improvement (CI) are consistently applied, enforced, measured, and sustained. By driving standardization, accountability, and coaching, this position is critical to achieving safe maintenance execution, reducing operational risk, and elevating performance across the network.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; Cleanliness</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Establish, document, and deploy standard work, SOPs, and visual standards for maintenance shops, tools, parts rooms, site cleanliness, and safe maintenance execution.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure consistent application of maintenance safety practices, including safe work procedures, equipment servicing standards, and hazard controls.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conduct routine and unannounced site audits to verify adherence to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Score and benchmark sites on cleanliness, PM compliance, safety adherence, and maintenance discipline.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>CMMS &amp; Reporting Quality</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Audit accuracy and consistency of work order documentation, asset data integrity, backlog management, safety-related documentation, and PM closeout.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Train maintenance teams and supervisors on CMMS best practices, reporting expectations, and safety documentation requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and a monthly reporting cadence covering quality and safety indicators.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Coach technicians and supervisors on maintenance quality standards, safe execution, root cause thinking, and preventive maintenance maturity.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Operations, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, operations, or safety leadership.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Demonstrated experience with CMMS systems, PM programs, audits, and performance reporting.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong working knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety standards, 5S, RCA, and preventive/predictive maintenance concepts.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
