As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.</li>\n <li>Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.</li>\n <li>Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.</li>\n <li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.</li>\n <li>Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Program Duration:</strong> Mid June, 2026 – November 29th, 2026, with potential opportunities for future programs. </li>\n <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 32 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.</li>\n <li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold. </li>\n <li><strong>Training:</strong> Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum <strong>6 months of retail sales experience</strong>, ideally with sales targets or incentives. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.</li>\n <li>Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.</li>\n <li><strong>Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality. </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Access to a vehicle is required.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Food Handler Certification required. </strong></li>\n <li>Full availability <strong>Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Match Retail?</strong>At Match Retail, we believe in the power of great people.
