    "description": "<p>Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking a <strong>part time</strong>, in office receptionist for our evening shift. Two Saturdays a month will be required. Pay rate will be $16/hour. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you!</p>\n\n<p>This part time schedule will fall between Monday-Saturday and the hours for each shift is 4:30pm - 7pm. This will include two Saturdays a month.</p>\n\n<p>The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, so maintaining a professional appearance and organized front desk is a must. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.</p>\n\n<p>What You&#39;ll Do:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression</li>\n\t<li>Answer and direct incoming calls</li>\n\t<li>Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)</li>\n\t<li>Support the sales and service teams as needed</li>\n\t<li>Keep the front desk and customer lounge area clean, stocked, and organized</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>What We&#39;re Looking For:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n\t<li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li>\n\t<li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li>\n\t<li>Proficient computer skills</li>\n\t<li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><em>Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening.</em></p>\n\n<p>Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
