font-size: 10pt\">3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in Big 4, banking, or a corporate development function is a strong advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
