This role leads complex projects, ensures adherence to best practices, and mentors engineers to elevate team capabilities.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>- Oversee development and validation of cost data for multiple disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.&nbsp;<br>- Lead large-scale updates and enhancements to cost databases and assemblies.&nbsp;<br>- Serve as a subject matter expert for construction methods, codes, and cost modeling.&nbsp;<br>- Mentor engineers and associate engineers, providing guidance on methodology and quality standards.&nbsp;<br>- Collaborate with product teams to align data development with customer needs and market trends.&nbsp;<br>- Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives for data reliability and efficiency.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Additional Agile/ADO Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>- Lead Agile workstreams, facilitate backlog refinement, and ensure sprint goals align with product strategy.&nbsp;<br>- Partner with the Product Owner to translate business needs into actionable tasks and provide technical insights for prioritization.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).&nbsp;<br>- 8+ years of experience in construction estimating or engineering.&nbsp;<br>- Proven leadership in managing complex data development projects.&nbsp;<br>- Advanced knowledge of construction practices, codes, and cost modeling.&nbsp;<br>- Strong communication and mentoring skills.&nbsp;<br>- Ability to influence process improvements and strategic decisions.&nbsp;</p></div>",
