    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">Summary</p><p>The Leasing Analyst assists the Director of Leasing, Leasing Representative and the Senior Corporate Analyst in their day-to-day functions as directed.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p> Canvas for prospective new local &amp; regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media outreach, &amp; in-person meetings</p><p> Use CRM software program (SREG&rsquo;s internal software)</p><p> Letter of Intent creation</p><p> Upon successful training, work to execute existing tenant renewals, terminations, &amp; modifications</p><p> Contribute to the creation of leasing/marketing materials for distribution to prospects</p><p> Financial analysis of existing and prospective tenants</p><p> Assist Leasing Representatives with property leasing strategy development &amp; implementation</p><p> Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal executive management review</p><p>Qualification Requirements</p><p>Education and/or Experience</p><p> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</p><p>Knowledge/Skills</p><p> Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail</p><p> Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and CRM platforms</p><p> Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</p><p> Strong interpersonal communication skills</p><p> Self-starter and motivated</p><p> Entrepreneurial drive</p><p>Updated July 2016</p><p> Ability to work independently</p><p> Ability to work in a multi-disciplined work environment and contribute to the success of the leasing team</p><p> Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills</p><p> Strong verbal and written communication skills</p><p>Physical Demands</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
