Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p>- Acknowledge guests with a warm verbal greeting and eye contact, in accordance with our Red Carpet Customer Service training, present menus, and promptly take order. </p>\n<p>- Establish rapport with guests providing outstanding customer service and creating a friendly and fun atmosphere in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.   </p>\n<p>- Act as guide of guest's dining experience/ambassador of good will.</p>\n<p> - Prepare restaurant and table for service. </p>\n<p>- Manage assigned section and provide superb service following the service standards. </p>\n<p>- Show enthusiasm towards guest and product. </p>\n<p>- Help fellow servers; maintain a team mentality.  </p>\n<p>- Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine, and beverages. </p>\n<p>- Reconcile checks, thank guest, and invite them back. </p>\n<p>- Clear and reset tables. </p>\n<p>- Maintain awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines. </p>\n<p>- Stock side stations throughout the shift; perform opening/closing side work.</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>- High School Diploma/GED. </p>\n<p>- We will provide necessary training for this position. </p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. </p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. </p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules. </p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests. </p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.</p>\n<p> - Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. </p>\n<p>- Basic computer knowledge; ability to operate POS systems. </p>\n<p>- Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  </p>\n<p>- Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
