    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>OPEX Corporation is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to maintain and repair advanced automation equipment at customer sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering high-quality customer service.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>This position is responsible for the day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Installing and setting up new equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues by working directly with customers and evaluating system performance</span></li>\n <li><span>Completing field service reports</span></li>\n <li><span>Keeping the customer informed as repairs are made and answer any question that may arise.</span></li>\n <li><span>Interact with management as well as other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Completing and submitting weekly online timecards and expense report&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Associate degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have excellent customer service skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Possessing a driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to maneuver a job site, including tight spaces in around our equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for daily use.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Physical/Work Environment&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Frequent driving and travel throughout the workday&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift and move equipment parts&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in tight spaces&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>",
