Apply now for an opportunity to join the team today!&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>part time</strong> Customer Service Representative handles customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with first-call resolution and provide every customer with the ultimate customer experience. &nbsp;<strong>The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM and this position is 100% on site at our Kennesaw, GA location.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Answer incoming phone calls from customers and other office duties as assigned.</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Actively promote and offer all company products, services, and promotions to every customer, ensuring they are informed of all available options.</li><li>Maintain the required number of calls per shift while achieving weekly and monthly sales targets to support department goals.</li><li>Maintain good customer relations and ensure that all your calls meet company standards.</li><li>Input all service requests into Service Titan</li><li>Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns, complaints and questions by phone and text message across all lines of business while documenting dispatches thoroughly.</li><li>Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, exploring answers and alternate solutions.</li><li>Communicate with customers on the status of service calls.</li><li>Perform outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and tune ups.</li><li>Follow up on complicated calls to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High School diploma or equivalency required.</li><li>1-2 years of call center, customer service experience preferred.</li><li>Inside sales/upselling experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.</li><li>A can-do attitude with a high degree of integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail.</li><li>Adept learner</li><li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently.</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak in English.</li><li>Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends based on business needs.</li><li><strong>Spanish speaking highly desirable</strong>.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&ldquo;Please note that any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review (as applicable).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Reliable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
