Individual must be self-motivated and be capable of finding and correcting problems as necessary, be very detailed and quality oriented, and able to work well with team members to achieve customer demands.</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Hillside, IL</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Vice President, Technical Services</p><p><strong>Responsibilities/Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Program direct mail projects utilizing Quadient Inspire Designer (GMC PrintNet-T)</li><li>Perform data manipulation, provide data quality assurance reporting</li><li>Perform postal sorting processing functions</li><li>Follow quality assurance procedures</li><li>Work with Account Management Team to receive, client specs and instructions</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Variable Document Composition (GMC PrintNet-T)</li><li>Data cleansing &amp; processing functions (BCC Ignite - RedPoint)</li><li>Understand postal mailing regulations and guidelines</li><li>Understand print production requirements for print and variable data</li><li>Candidate must possess good customer facing skills and be willing to work as part of a team offering wider technical support when needed</li><li>Excellent communication and time management skills</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><p>· 3-6 years’ experience of data processing and variable document composition</p><p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p>· USPS Postal Regulations and Guidelines</p><p>· Excellent communication and time management skills</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>· BS degree in programming or related field or minimal 3 years industry work experience</p><p><strong>Additional Software Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>BCC Postalsoft</li><li>Windowbook Software</li><li>Microsoft Office</li><li>USPS PostalOne</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>· This job requires you to sit in a cubicle or office, on a computer (1 or more monitors) for the majority of the day.</p>",
