Full relocation support is provided based on the location of your opportunity and where your experience is the best fit.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll begin by owning a department within one of our successful brands, gaining deep, hands-on experience in operations, financial performance, and people leadership. Apex Midwest is actively building a best-in-class leadership team across the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska.</p>\n<h3>Location & Relocation Expectations:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Initial placement will be within the Midwest region\n  <ul>\n   <li>Openness to relocation within the Midwest is required as we complete acquisitions and expand our footprint</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Full relocation support will be provided based on business needs and role alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Train under an experienced General Manager while learning and executing Apex’s operating playbook</li>\n <li>Take ownership of a department and lead day-to-day operations</li>\n <li>Develop and execute strategies to drive key performance metrics across operations, people, and financial performance</li>\n <li>Deliver a “gold standard” of service through coaching, training, accountability, and data-driven decision-making</li>\n <li>Build a high-performance culture where technicians feel supported, respected, and set up for long-term success</li>\n <li>Lead hiring efforts and create upward mobility through skill development and clear career pathing</li>\n <li>Manage financial activities including budgeting and forecasting, with full accountability for P&L performance</li>\n <li>Serve as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presence</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Who We’re Looking For:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience leading and motivating teams; experience in home services or field-based environments is a plus</li>\n <li>Proven operational leadership experience required; exposure to P&L responsibility is a plus</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred</li>\n <li>Playbook-driven leadership style with a bias for action</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>High energy, adaptability, and a proven track record of delivering results</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Deep respect for the Skilled Trades or other people-driven, operationally intensive industries</li>\n <li>Willingness to relocate within the Midwest region as business needs require</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We Offer:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Base salary + performance-based bonus</li>\n <li>Full relocation support within the Midwest</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>A clear, structured path to a General Manager role</li>\n <li>Entrepreneurial growth opportunities within a high-performing national platform</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Our Core Values:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Embrace a Growth Mindset</li>\n <li>Stay Scrappy, Have Fun</li>\n <li>Improve Through Collaboration</li>\n <li>Be Fact-Based & Metric-Driven</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you’re a high-performing operator who values structure, accountability, and taking care of the people doing the work, we want to hear from you.
