Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.</p><p>The<strong> Program Manager – Corporate Risk Management</strong> will lead initiatives that include risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, business impact analyses, continuity planning, and disaster recovery alignment across the organization. This position works cross-functionally with operational sites, leadership teams, and external partners to strengthen the organization’s preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Emergency Management and Business Continuity Program.</li><li>Establish policies, procedures, guidance, and tools required to sustain enterprise risk management initiatives.</li><li>Implement structured processes to manage risk related to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, natural disasters, cyber incidents, operational failures, and other unplanned events.</li><li>Lead enterprise risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and mitigation strategies across operational sites.</li><li>Support alignment with business continuity and IT disaster recovery initiatives.</li><li>Develop and maintain a standardized enterprise-wide Business Continuity Program.</li><li>Activate and manage the Emergency Management Team in response to life-threatening or operational incidents.</li><li>Activate and lead the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during major disruptions impacting operations, reputation, or workforce well-being.</li><li>Implement and manage the company’s emergency notification system.</li><li>Develop emergency and crisis communication protocols for employees and leadership teams.</li><li>Establish standardized messaging templates and alert procedures.</li><li>Coordinate communications with internal communication teams during incidents.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate notifications to executive and senior leadership.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management, specifically focused on: Emergency Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning</span></li><li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise-level emergency or crisis response initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience in leading programs independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.</span></li><li><span>Must be able to travel to various locations nationally and globally&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States</span></li><li><span>Valid passport required</span></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ISO-based risk management or business continuity frameworks.</li><li>Graduate of an Emergency Management Academy or similar program&nbsp;</li><li>Professional certifications such as:&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-left:80px;\">Certified Risk Manager (CRM)</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-left:80px;\">Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-left:80px;\">Professional Risk Manager (PRM)</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-left:80px;\">Business Continuity Management Certification</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;\"><strong>Benefits that make life better:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive Healthcare</li><li>401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested</li><li>Paid Time Off starting on day one</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Health- &amp; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</li><li>Short- &amp; Long-Term Disability</li><li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li><li>Learning &amp; Training opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Raising the Standard of Excellence since 1911</strong></p><p>With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
