    "description": "<p>Just 4 Kids Health is seeking a full or part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to service clients in either our Rexburg or Idaho Falls locations.&nbsp; It would be ideal if some of these hours took place during the evenings.&nbsp; The counselor will assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents who may have mental, social, or emotional disorders. Assessments, diagnoses, and treatments will be part of an interdisciplinary approach with providers at Just 4 Kids Urgent Care, Case Managers, child advocacy groups, and social workers where needed to provide the most complete patient care.</p>\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Essential Duties include:</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Excellent communication skills to connect with children and adolescents of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures.</li>\n\t<li>Education of&nbsp;family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors.</li>\n\t<li>Trained in a variety of assessment tactics to connect with children who are suffering from a variety of conditions.</li>\n\t<li>Assisting&nbsp;children in the success of day-to-day activities and in meeting developmental milestones.</li>\n\t<li>Coordinating&nbsp;patient care with necessary disciplines.</li>\n\t<li>Developing&nbsp;treatment plans.</li>\n\t<li>Assisting&nbsp;in coordination of referrals.</li>\n\t<li>Meeting&nbsp;regularly with patients to ensure that patient needs are continually assessed as well as ongoing treatment plans.</li>\n\t<li>Ensuring&nbsp;that the needful information is available to Primary Care Provider on an ongoing basis and any significant change in patient status or condition is communicated in a timely fashion.</li>\n\t<li>Court appearances and deposition testimony may be necessary in cases where children are removed from the home due to abusive or neglectful conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Additional</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Developing community group therapy courses.</li>\n</ul>\n",
