      "Value": "<strong>Crane Operator C – Westwego, LA</strong><br>This is a full-time, hourly level position.<br><br><strong>Position Summary:</strong><ul><li>ADM is seeking a qualified candidate to work as a crane operator on a mid-stream stevedoring rig based out of our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) in Waggaman, LA.</li></ul><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Operate crane in midstream stevedoring operations discharging various cargos by bucket/hook</li><li>Inspection of crane, associated equipment and applicable rigging necessary for safe and productive operation</li><li>Lead and train stevedore personnel in operations and care of stevedoring production assets</li><li>Oversee crane/rig insuring that care, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance is maintained to Company standards</li><li>Coordinate with shift lead and rig crews to accomplish safe and productive crane operations&nbsp;</li><li>Complete a variety of required forms electronically and on paper</li><li>Lead rig personnel in completing required training and documentation</li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Previous experience operating cranes in a stevedoring environment</li><li>ADM approved crane operator certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days</li><li>Ability to follow direction and execute tasks under the supervision of the Shift Lead or operations management</li><li>Ability to execute and assist with inspection and maintenance of crane and associated components, including but not limited to general maintenance, cable changes, lubricants, and bucket maintenance</li><li>Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents</li><li>Computer skills sufficient to safely and productively operate crane and complete a variety of reports and documents</li><li>Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the rig or vessels.&nbsp; Working extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays also required</li><li>Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to work in all types of climates</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Promote the ADM Way and core Values</li><li>Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures</li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and Company human performance exam (physical ability test)</li><li>Standing for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Frequent heavy lifting</li><li>Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/ladders</li><li>Ability to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spaces</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:108723BR",
