          "text": "<p>The Supply Planner&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support Direct-to-Consumer (DTC),&#xa0;Wholesale, and&#xa0;International&#xa0;channels.&#xa0;&#xa0;This role owns end-to-end supply planning across finished goods and key components,&#xa0;leveraging&#xa0;an ERP system with MRP functionality to balance service levels, inventory health, and cost.&#xa0;&#xa0;This role will partner with Merchandise Planning, Product Development, Production, and Logistics to translate demand signals into executable supply plans while navigating unique seasonality, lead times, and SKU complexity.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;supply plans to support DTC, Wholesale, International and Promotional demand across multiple product categories and seasons.&#xa0;</li><li>Utilize MRP to generate, review and manage planned orders and&#xa0;purchase&#xa0;orders.&#xa0;</li><li>Convert demand forecasts and sales plans into&#xa0;feasible&#xa0;supply plans considering capacity, lead times, MOQs, and vendor constraints.&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, in-transit supply, and open orders to proactively&#xa0;identify&#xa0;risks and gaps.&#xa0;</li><li>Drive actions to mitigate shortages, excess inventory, and late deliveries.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with Sourcing and Production partners to align delivery schedules and capacity&#xa0;</li><li>Support new product launches and seasonal line&#xa0;plans by aligning supply readiness with go-to-market timelines.&#xa0;</li><li>Analyze key KPIs such as OTIF, Buy Readiness, Forecast Accuracy, Capacity Utilization, Weeks-of-Supply&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field&#xa0;and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>3+ years of supply planning or production planning experience, preferably in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with an ERP system using MRP (D365, SAP,&#xa0;Netsuite, etc.)&#xa0;</li><li>Experience supporting both DTC and Wholesale fulfillment models strongly preferred&#xa0;</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans&#xa0;</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI or planning tools is a plus&#xa0;</li><li>Proven&#xa0;ability to manage complexity, seasonality, and multiple priorities.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
