We operate 5 Fulfillment Centers nationally and support over 50 brands.</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system.</li>\n <li>Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit.</li>\n <li>Apply correct labels, documentation, and postage to outbound parcels.</li>\n <li>Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently.</li>\n <li>Follow SOP’s and Work Instructions.</li>\n <li>Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management.</li>\n <li>Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><u>3 years of</u><u> experience in a warehouse, fulfilment center</u><u>, or similar logistics environment required</u></li>\n <li>Experience using RF scanners, barcodes, or a WMS.</li>\n <li>Prior forklift certification is helpful.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ability to work at pace and meet time-sensitive targets.</li>\n <li>Good physical fitness with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and a exhibit a positive team attitude. Show respect for others.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation to/from work.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work overtime and weekends.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>This is fulltime role with a rate of $18.00/hourly.</p>\n<p><strong>#IND3</strong></p>",
