This role carries primary responsibility for day-to-day production systems, weekend execution, and volunteer support while helping implement the vision set by the Director of Production.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Position Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>Production Environments</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead execution of audio, video, lighting, and presentation for weekend services and events</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure environments are clear, consistent, and aligned with production standards</span></li>\n<li><span>Support and help oversee online campus and broadcast execution</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with Worship, Creative, and Communications to deliver aligned services</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systems and Service Readiness</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Maintain and troubleshoot AVL and broadcast systems across campuses</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure systems are service-ready for weekends and key events</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage system setup, testing, and optimization</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain clear documentation, organization, and workflows</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Excellence</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Operate and oversee live production systems across audio, video, and lighting</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Support digital audio, routing, presentation, and broadcast systems (e.g., consoles, DSPs, switching, presentation software)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Help ensure consistent audio and visual quality across all environments</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Support installs, upgrades, and campus expansion projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Volunteer Leadership and Culture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Train, schedule, and develop volunteers across production roles</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide clear direction during services and events</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Serve as a primary point of troubleshooting and escalation</span></li>\n<li><span>Model a culture of ownership, teamwork, and spiritual maturity</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Criteria</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Strong technical and troubleshooting ability across live production environments</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of responsibilities</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Calm and decisive in fast-paced, live environments</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Able to lead volunteers with clarity and care</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Heart for ministry and creating environments where people can engage with Jesus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>3 to 5+ years experience in live production, AVL, or broadcast environments</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems in live settings</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Familiarity with digital audio, presentation, and broadcast tools</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience leading or coordinating volunteer teams preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with systems such as Dante audio networking, digital consoles, DSP platforms, broadcast</span> switching (e.g., ATEM), presentation software, and lighting systems preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Outcomes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Weekend and online experiences are executed with consistency, clarity, and minimal distraction</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Production systems are reliable, organized, and prepared for every service</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Technical issues are resolved quickly with minimal impact</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Volunteers are trained, scheduled, and growing in confidence and ownership</span></li>\n<li><span>Production environments support—not compete with—the ministry moment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Hours and Conditions</span></p>\n<p><span>Business Hours/Exceptions</span></p>\n<p><span>This position is full time with various hours, including evenings and weekends as required by ministry needs.
