This role involves overseeing nursing care delivery from admission to discharge, ensuring quality patient outcomes, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource management. The Clinical Nurse Manager also plays a key role in infection control, staff development, and acts as the administrator in their absence.</p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 2.25pt;padding:0in 0in 0in 0in;'><h6 style='margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:3.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;border:none;padding:0in;'><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Essential Functions</span></h6></div><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, and support to foster and strengthen the growth and development of a high-performing clinical team.</li><li>Plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate patient care services and the Center&#39;s goals/objectives, striving to exceed performance measurements set annually by administration.</li><li>Direct and support efforts to achieve and revise staffing standards, including recruitment, retention, and human resource utilization.</li><li>Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision that aligns with the Surgery Center&#39;s mission and vision.</li><li>Lead change initiatives through effective communication, creating buy-in and understanding within the team.</li><li>Supervise the smooth functioning of the OR and Pre-op/PACU departments, ensuring maximum productivity and quality of patient care.</li><li>Assess, plan, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of patient care from admission to discharge, according to facility policy and procedure.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate nursing care in relation to established standards and facilitate quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, systems, roles, and programs to improve patient care services.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission standards, HIPAA regulations, state and federal regulations, and all facility policies and procedures.</li><li><span style=\"color:#111111;background:white;\">Direct the facilities preparation for licensure and accreditation reviews, ensuring all standards are met.</span></li><li>Promote multi-disciplinary collaboration to ensure a coordinated approach to healthcare.</li><li>Assists Administrator in developing, capital, and labor budgets in alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Direct and participate in the Quality Committee to facilitate the improvement of patient care.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships with physicians, associates, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in administrative meetings, providing regular updates on clinical operations, quality improvement, and staff development.</li><li>Protect company assets and ensure the proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.</li><li>Define educational needs and actively support staff development activities.</li><li>Counsel team members and resolve conflicts.
