At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.</p><p></p><h3>Specific duties may include:</h3><ul><li>Scheduling and routing product deliveries</li><li>Making sure trucks are not overloaded and that all loads fall within standard weight limits for each vehicle</li><li>Assessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate delivery vehicles</li><li>Resolving all vehicle safety issues by routing vehicles to the appropriate service facilities for needed repairs</li><li>Keeping customers informed of delivery status</li><li>Ensuring that all OSHA and federal road procedures are followed</li><li>Participating in the hiring of drivers and material handlers, as well as their performance management</li><li>Coordinating fleet maintenance and ensuring all repairs are completed properly</li><li>Scheduling new equipment training for drivers and ensuring they are fully certified to operate the equipment</li><li>Ensuring that all drivers’ CDL licenses are current and informing drivers when their licenses or medical cards need to be updated</li></ul><p></p><h3>Specific qualifications include:</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven leadership experience</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry</li><li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously</li><li>Previous dispatch experience is preferred</li><li>Mechanical knowledge is a plus</li></ul><p></p><h3>Benefits may include:</h3><ul><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket</li><li>401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested</li><li>Employer paid employee assistance program</li><li>Employer paid short term and long term disability</li><li>Employer paid life insurance</li><li>Flex spending</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace</b></p><p>​<b><span>ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.</span></b></p><p></p>",
