This position will work with the patient from the time the patient enters the center and conduct follow up calls to ensure patients have an amazing experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>4/10 shifts*</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Delivers high customer satisfaction (always friendly and helpful).</li>\n <li>Develops a bond with patients ensuring they feel welcomed, understood and appreciated during their visits to NVISION centers.</li>\n <li>Through thorough education, overcomes obstacles to scheduling surgical procedures</li>\n <li>Achieves company set key performance indicators such as average sales price, upgrade and conversion percentage.</li>\n <li>Consistently meet sales quota (incentive compensation plan based on achieving key targets).</li>\n <li>Performs diagnostic tests necessary for LASIK patients.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates positive attitude and a friendly manner; and ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.</li>\n <li>Educates patients on preoperative and post-operative eye drops and medications</li>\n <li>Responds to all calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#NvisionHP</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years experience in patient counseling and/or sales, preferably in an Opthalmology or surgical practice</li>\n <li>Experience with Opthalmology/Optometric testing modalities, preferred</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $20.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $25.00/Yr.",
