font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of Android development experience with demonstrated growth in technical responsibility and impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience delivering complex Android features from design through production release on the Google Play Store.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deep proficiency in </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Kotlin</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> and solid understanding of </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Java</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> for Android.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong command of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries (e.g. Compose, ViewModel, Room, Navigation, WorkManager), and modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
