The Therapy Supervisor will assist the BH Director in evaluating quality outcomes, clinical productivity and patient satisfaction feedback. The Therapy Supervisor may be called upon to act as a representative of the WCHC therapists at internal and external meetings. The Therapy Supervisor will provide direct care to WCHC patients, evaluating psychosocial conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring and evaluating treatment results. Also, will make recommendations for commendations and termination.&nbsp;</li><li>The Therapy Supervisor will conduct regular informal one-to-one check-ins on a regular basis, as well as prepare, discuss, and finalize annual appraisals. &nbsp;</li><li>The Therapy Supervisor will review and approve/reject time cards, leave requests, and continuing education fund requests. Also, will manage call-outs or other staffing shortages among the therapists. &nbsp;</li><li>The Therapy Supervisor will be the Clinical Supervisor for all Clinical Interns within the program.&nbsp;</li><li>The Therapy Supervisor will ensure counseling services to patients are in conformity with clinic protocols and professional code of ethics.
