Consistently follows company policies, procedures and industry regulations, maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, and completes performance reviews timely. Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of commitment to internal guests needs. Starting salary $70,000-$85,000 Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of food and the activities of food preparation workers during assigned shift. Assures that food presentation is timely and meets quality standards assisting cooks as needed. Communicated with department heads and restaurant management to appropriately plan for business volume. Assists management with coordination of menus recommending cooking techniques. Communicates to management the need for supplies and equipment. Responsible for communicating to appropriate department any hazardous situations that may potentially affect the health of the employees or patrons. Ensures that proper sanitation procedures are followed. Oversees the maintenance of the pantry area in an organized manner. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage capacity preferred. Previous working experience in all facets of food preparation.
