We're excited to hear from you.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Table</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within DTC brands and/or digital agencies.</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.</li>\n<li>Experience leading design projects and collaborating in a distributed team environment.</li>\n<li>Experience in eCommerce web design and understanding of CRO principles.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, and other prototyping tools.</li>\n<li>Understanding of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create seamless user experiences across on eCommerce websites and landing pages, encompassing everything from initial concept sitemaps to high-fidelity mockups.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify design problems and deliver strategic, user-centered solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Continuously iterate on design projects based on user feedback and testing, ensuring optimal usability and adherence to the latest best practices in UX/UI design.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Roadmap<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In the First 30 Days</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acclimate to the team and existing projects.</li>\n<li>Begin contributing to ongoing design tasks, absorbing the company’s design philosophy and tools.</li>\n<li>Start engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Within 60 Days</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of specific design projects, focusing on delivering wireframes and prototypes while collaborating closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">By the 90-Day Mark</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement feedback mechanisms to refine designs based on user testing and stakeholder input, demonstrating an ability to rapidly iterate and enhance user interfaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Within One Year</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive innovation in design processes and outputs, leading to a significant uplift in client satisfaction and user interaction rates.</li>\n<li>Mentor others and contribute to the evolution of the company’s design standards and practices, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge UX/UI trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time (40 hours per week)</li>\n<li>Available to work during Eastern Time</li>\n<li>Remote position with the potential for occasional on-site/off-site retreats<br></li>\n</ul>",
