You will lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of this product, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer support, and sales to drive feature development, optimize user experience, and ensure our product continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\"> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Support marketing with messaging and product line strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Other duties as assigned.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proven work experience in B2B product management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required. <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time remote position located in the US.
