Our Customer Support Specialists are responsible for the following: Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment Coordinate with sports book colleagues to help resolve customer issues Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal Handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution Provide information to our customers about their account and transactions Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Have a genuine interest in helping customers, both internal and external Possess excellent listening and communication skills Displays initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Gives quick and effective speed of service Able to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner Ensures high standards, shows initiative, pro activity, and professionalism Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly Has the drive and enthusiasm for personal development Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to type for extended periods of time Must be able to talk on the phone for extended periods of time Must be able to write for extended periods of time Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries This position will be exposed to sounds at 69 decibels.
