Also, this position will have the ability to set up or make minor adjustments to various machines.</p><p>DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><ul><li>Correctly setup and operate various machines, follow the production and quality procedures following prints and checking materials for defects, maintain production materials, inspect product to ensure high quality. Able to run various different types of equipment.</li><li>Perform minor adjustments and daily maintenance to equipment</li><li>Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams</li><li>Provide training to other associates</li><li>Basic or routine troubleshooting</li><li>Able to operator material handling equipment: (Forklift, Stand Behinds, Trucks)</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Conduct machine and production changeovers as required</li><li>Certified to operate various workstations/positions within the facility to meet production needs</li><li>Inspect measurements and product to ensure quality and accuracy</li><li>Transport the product to the correct location when completed</li><li>Update all completed work in the correct system per the schedule</li><li>Ability to understand and execute verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed</li><li>Ability to perform and demonstrate all manufacturing procedures after training.</li><li>Assist with other duties within the department and/or other work stations/departments when necessary</li><li>Complete clean-up responsibilities and maintain work station according to 5S procedure</li><li>Demonstrate our five core values of Integrity, Customer Responsiveness, Innovation, Passionate Contribution & Empowerment and Continuous Improvement</li><li>Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace.
