    "description": "<p>Aicadium is looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Software Engineer</span> to join our growing team at our Singapore office.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This person is responsible for all aspects of back-end development. This person must be able to drive the programming of well-constructed, testable code.  The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background, a solid understanding of applicable analytics, and a natural curiosity for producing effective solutions. This person is patient, has excellent time-management skills, and possess an effective communication style.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In addition to a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience), the ideal candidate fits the following criteria: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objectives </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">of this role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth</li>\n<li>Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements</li>\n<li>Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment</li>\n<li>Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design</li>\n<li>Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities</li>\n<li>Contribute to evolving our tech stack with AI tooling and services integration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment</li>\n<li>Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale</li>\n<li>Work primarily in Python, Javascript/Typescript</li>\n<li>Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs</li>\n<li>Collaborate across time zones, GitHub comments/reviews, documents, and frequent videoconferences</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to fellow delivery team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">skills and qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least eight years of experience in building large-scale software applications</li>\n<li>Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Python, React, and JavaScript/Typescript</li>\n<li>Experience in unit/integration testing, CI/CD, workflow automation</li>\n<li>Experience with containerization technologies like Docker</li>\n<li>Familiarity with MCP and modern AI interaction/integration methodologies</li>\n<li>Experience in Kubernetes and Cloud-native tooling (Bonus)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud-native development paradigms (AWS, artefact repositories, deployment and scalability, security modeling)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform (Bonus)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred skills and qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering</li>\n<li>Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span></p>\n<p>Aicadium is a global technology company striving to provide AI solutions across multiple industries, by leveraging a common machine learning platform to deliver AI as a Service<br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Team</span></p>\n<p>Join a growing team of data scientists, machine learning and software engineers in an agile development environment.
