Description
The Information Technologist IV – Site Manager serves as the senior on-site authority responsible for the execution, management, and oversight of all Information Technology (IT) support services in support of to our customer at the G-6 mission. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services across enterprise systems, training environments, and classroom technologies.
The Site Manager is a mission-critical leadership role accountable for operational performance, customer satisfaction, personnel management, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), and contractual requirements. This position combines technical authority, operational management, and customer engagement to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant IT support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Operational Management Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Government (COR) and the Contractor. Exercise full authority over day-to-day contract operations and service delivery. Ensure all services meet timeliness, completeness, and quality standards. Manage workload distribution, staffing, and resource allocation across all IT functional areas. Coordinate all IT service requests through the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) system. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure seamless integration of services. 2. Technical Oversight & IT Service Delivery Provide leadership and oversight across: Systems and server administration Network and client support Digital training systems (e.g., GCSS-A, Mission Command systems) Classroom IT infrastructure and private networks Web and SharePoint services Ensure availability and performance of IT assets including servers, endpoints, and network systems. Oversee incident response timelines IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensure compliance with configuration management, patching, cybersecurity, and IA requirements. 3. Personnel Leadership & Workforce Management Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary IT workforce (System Admins, Client Support, Digital Trainers, Web Developers). Ensure workforce qualifications remain current (certifications, clearances, training). Maintain staffing continuity and operational readiness. Enforce professional standards, customer service, and workplace conduct. Provide mentorship, performance management, and corrective action as needed. 4. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP). Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with all PWS requirements. Identify, document, and correct deficiencies; implement preventive actions. Ensure compliance with associated regulations and security/training requirements. Maintain documentation, reports, and records for the life of the contract. 5. Security & Risk Management Ensure all personnel maintain required Secret clearance eligibility . Enforce: Physical security OPSEC compliance CAC accountability and access control Report incidents, vulnerabilities, and system issues within required timelines. Safeguard Government property, systems, and sensitive information. 6. Customer Engagement & Communication Interface with Government leadership, staff, and end users to ensure mission success. Provide status updates, briefings, and performance reports. Attend and lead meetings, reviews, and technical discussions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness . Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
OR minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience within the past 10 years as a Program/Site Manager or equivalent IT leadership role Experience managing enterprise IT environments, including: Systems and network administration Helpdesk/service desk operations Cybersecurity and compliance Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance.
Certifications: Security+ or higher certifications.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or Army IT environments Familiarity with: GCSS-A and Mission Command systems Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, MECM, SharePoint) ITIL-based service management Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco)

"description_text": "The Information Technologist IV – Site Manager serves as the senior on-site authority responsible for the execution, management, and oversight of all Information Technology (IT) support services in support of to our customer at the G-6 mission. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services across enterprise systems, training environments, and classroom technologies.\n The Site Manager is a mission-critical leadership role accountable for operational performance, customer satisfaction, personnel management, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), and contractual requirements. This position combines technical authority, operational management, and customer engagement to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant IT support.\n Key Responsibilities\n 1. Contract & Operational Management Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Government (COR) and the Contractor.\n Exercise full authority over day-to-day contract operations and service delivery.\n Ensure all services meet timeliness, completeness, and quality standards.\n Manage workload distribution, staffing, and resource allocation across all IT functional areas.\n Coordinate all IT service requests through the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) system.\n Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure seamless integration of services.\n 2. Technical Oversight & IT Service Delivery Provide leadership and oversight across: Systems and server administration\n Network and client support\n Digital training systems (e.g., GCSS-A, Mission Command systems)\n Classroom IT infrastructure and private networks\n Web and SharePoint services\n Ensure availability and performance of IT assets including servers, endpoints, and network systems.\n Oversee incident response timelines IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).\n Ensure compliance with configuration management, patching, cybersecurity, and IA requirements.\n 3. Personnel Leadership & Workforce Management Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary IT workforce (System Admins, Client Support, Digital Trainers, Web Developers).\n Ensure workforce qualifications remain current (certifications, clearances, training).\n Maintain staffing continuity and operational readiness.\n Enforce professional standards, customer service, and workplace conduct.\n Provide mentorship, performance management, and corrective action as needed.\n 4. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).\n Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with all PWS requirements.\n Identify, document, and correct deficiencies; implement preventive actions.\n Ensure compliance with associated regulations and security/training requirements.\n Maintain documentation, reports, and records for the life of the contract.\n 5. Security & Risk Management Ensure all personnel maintain required Secret clearance eligibility .\n Enforce: Physical security\n OPSEC compliance\n CAC accountability and access control\n Report incidents, vulnerabilities, and system issues within required timelines.\n Safeguard Government property, systems, and sensitive information.\n 6. Customer Engagement & Communication Interface with Government leadership, staff, and end users to ensure mission success.\n Provide status updates, briefings, and performance reports.\n Attend and lead meetings, reviews, and technical discussions.\n Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness .\n Minimum Qualifications\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\nOR minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience\n Experience Minimum 5 years of experience within the past 10 years as a Program/Site Manager or equivalent IT leadership role\n Experience managing enterprise IT environments, including: Systems and network administration\n Helpdesk/service desk operations\n Cybersecurity and compliance\n Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance.\n Certifications: Security+ or higher certifications.\n Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or Army IT environments\n Familiarity with: GCSS-A and Mission Command systems\n Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, MECM, SharePoint)\n ITIL-based service management\n Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco)\n Company Overview",
