The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma informed care, compassion, and patient safety. Qualifications Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required Candidates with Master’s Degree in Counseling: Associate license OR full counseling license preferred. Candidates with Master’s Degree in Social Work: associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred. Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus Experience developing and administering treatment plans Individual and group counseling techniques Exceptional communication skills
