The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma informed care, compassion, and patient safety.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of joining the NPH Clinical Team</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Clinical supervision provided or reimbursement by NPH</li>\n <li>NPH 401(k) plan with up to 4% Company match</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Programs</li>\n <li>Special tuition offers through Capella University</li>\n <li>Work/life balance with great professional growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee Discounts through LifeMart</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.</li>\n <li>Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required</li>\n <li>Candidates with Master’s Degree in Counseling: Associate license OR full counseling license preferred.</li>\n <li>Candidates with Master’s Degree in Social Work: associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus</li>\n <li>Experience developing and administering treatment plans</li>\n <li>Individual and group counseling techniques</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills</li>\n</ul>",
