    "description_html": "<p></p><p>As an In-Hospital Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant in <b>Elizabethtown & Louisville area</b>, you will coordinate mini photoshoots, edit images, and sell to families—all from the comfort of their hospital room, just days after delivery. </p> <p>This is an on-site in-hospital role where you will earn commission sales twice monthly with additional tips and bonuses based on performance and seniority.</p> <p>You’ll have access to regular training and support, plus the chance to connect with photographers across the country. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve, there are opportunities for everyone to grow.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Schedule and lead several same-day 15-minute photo sessions while safely posing and handling newborns. </li><li>Minimally edit photos on-site utilizing Adobe Lightroom.</li><li>Show photo packages to families and complete in-person sales.</li></ul><p>What’s Required To Be Hired: </p><ul><li>DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).</li><li>Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.</li><li>Adobe Lightroom Classic.</li><li>Vaccination records are not required at the time of hire; however, candidates must be willing to update them if existing records cannot be provided. Assistance with scheduling through our preferred clinics is available if needed. </li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Start time: 9 AM.</li></ul><ul><li>End time: Plan for 6 PM; however, your day may change based on the daily number of births.</li></ul><ul><li>Part-time: 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).<ul><li>Monthly schedules are posted 6 weeks in advance.</li><li>Babies are born every day of the year; some holidays are required.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Note: Hours and days may vary based on business needs.
