          "text": "<p>Quadient Canada is seeking a <strong>Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounts receivable activities and ensuring timely collection of payments for services and goods provided to clients. This includes communicating with customers, monitoring outstanding invoices, and helping resolve billing issues.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate activities related to the collection of delinquent accounts.</li><li>Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past-due accounts.</li><li>Contact clients via phone, email, or mail campaigns to arrange payments.</li><li>Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies when needed.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing or processing issues.</li><li>Conduct daily collection calls and maintain detailed records of collection activities.</li><li>Perform account research and customer searches (skip tracing) when required.</li><li>Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.</li><li>Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on collection activities.</li><li>Work toward achieving monthly collection targets.</li><li>Support other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
