This position represents a significant opportunity to contribute to and lead our retail operations in one of our most iconic locations.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Title:</strong> Retail Supervisor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Locations:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ripley&rsquo;s Believe It or Not!, St. Augustine, Florida &amp; The Market at Ancient City, St. Augustine, Florida.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Full Time:</strong> Days, evenings, weekends &amp; holidays.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Probationary Period</strong>: 60 days. Full time benefits are granted based on evaluation at the end of such period.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Overseeing the daily operations of the retail shop, wax hands, F&amp;B and photo departments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participating in calls with other company leadership</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handling all retail receiving, tagging, merchandising, and displays</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handling all photo receiving</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handling all F&amp;B receiving</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handling all Wax Hands receiving</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Helping the team to keep the shops stocked, clean and in top-notch condition</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Motivating, rewarding, and handling all staffing issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining open communications with both the site manager and HQ team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Managing inventory and stock levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining visual merchandising standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhering to company policies and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Covering shifts: running registers, covering breaks and other daily duties as needed.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Requirements&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience with 1-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with POS systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to bend, stoop, push, pull and lift without restriction</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team members receive free admission to any Ripley attraction world-wide, in-house incentives, access to our team member reward program, and much more.
