You’ll lead your team in maintaining high presentation standards, safety, and operational excellence—fully aligned with Fairmont’s luxury brand expectations.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Start Date:</strong> June 2026<br>\n<strong>Position Type:</strong> Permanent<br>\n<strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$27.68</p><p><strong>Job Duties Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, supervise, and support all areas of the Housekeeping Department including Room Attendants, Housepersons, Turndown Attendants, and Public Area Attendants.</li><li>Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities meet Fairmont’s luxury cleanliness standards.</li><li>Respond to guest feedback and&#xa0;resolve service issues promptly.</li><li>Train, coach and inspire the&#xa0;team; providing regular performance feedback</li><li>Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings</li><li>Maintain effective communication across departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering)</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul>",
