Together, we are EXP.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Are you ready to design your future?</p><p>Be our next&nbsp;<strong>Traveling Commissioning Specialist</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your work environment at EXP</strong></p><p>In this role, you will be a part of the&nbsp;<strong>Entertainment, Hospitality &amp; Healthcare Buildings</strong>&nbsp;team, of the&nbsp;<strong>MEP Sector.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Local and Out-of- State Travel to Client sites&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing owner project requirements</li><li>Performing design reviews</li><li>Developing commissioning specifications</li><li>Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests</li><li>Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests</li><li>Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing</li><li>Writing field reports and final reports</li><li>Creating Systems Manuals</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What your experience looks like</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>2-5 years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out</li><li>Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience</li><li>EIT Certification preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>",
