The role focuses on operational and clinical quality, interdisciplinary collaboration, program integrity, and continuity of care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>? Oversee clinical outcomes across all programs: Nursing, Education, Residential, Adult Services, Case Management, ABA, Speech &amp; Occupational Therapy.</p><p>? Provide clinical guidance and support to BCBAs, Certified Teachers, SLPs, OTRs, and interdisciplinary team members.</p><p>? Conduct routine classroom and program observations.</p><p>? Support development and implementation of behavior plans, educational plans, behavioral goals, and transition goals.</p><p>? Participate in ARD meetings, parent training, and internal &amp; external clinical team meetings.</p><p>? Maintain accurate and current student documentation, including, but not limited to:</p><p>? Behavioral data and behavior plans</p><p>? Individualized bell schedules</p><p>? IEPs</p><p>? TEA Master Charts and consent documentation</p><p>? Maintain open communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and school districts.</p><p>? Review monthly financials for all programs and clinical departments.</p><p>? Provide program information and clinical tours to prospective clients and families.</p><p>? Serve on internal and external committees as assigned.</p><p>? Lead research initiatives and serve as liaison with academic and research partners.</p><p>? Represent ATC in media opportunities and community engagements as requested.</p><p>? Serves on ATC’s senior management team and attends board meetings, as needed.</p><p>? Fosters relationships with state funders, such as HHSC, HCS, ICF, DFPS, TEA.</p><p>?
