Work collaboratively with other elements of the owner’s team, including project managers, constructionmanagers, other controls discipline leads, and claims staff to monitor, report on, and negotiate issues onassigned projects. Review designer and contractor submitted schedules and perform analysis asneeded.</p>\n<p>Provide owner with objective assessments of schedule delays (using Time Impact Analysis or othermeans), present summary and detailed findings to owner and/or third parties as needed. Engage indirect discussions with contractor, as needed, to understand basis of delay claims and support owner’sunderstanding of potential liabilities for the negotiation of appropriate settlements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review project schedule submittals by Design and Contractor Teams</li>\n <li>Perform independent analysis of submitted schedules for Owner, ensuring all schedule submittalmeet or exceed the requirements set forth by the contracts. These independent analyses include,but are not limited to the review of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Preliminary schedules</li>\n   <li>Baseline schedules</li>\n   <li>Four week look ahead schedules</li>\n   <li>Monthly schedule updates and corresponding recovery schedules/time impact analysis/timeextension requests (as applicable)</li>\n   <li>As-Built Project Schedules</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Facilitate coordination on interface issues between multiple projects</li>\n <li>Ensure submitted schedules follow project code and activity code structure</li>\n <li>Identify, understand and apply the relevant sections of the contract to each claim</li>\n <li>Performs complex schedule analysis and assists in identification of risks, interdependencies acrossprojects, and claims management.</li>\n <li>Assist with change order and claims disputes</li>\n <li>Complete analyses of contractor’s delay claims and related time impact analyses within context ofthe contract documents and industry practice; examine the claim and actual schedule for later orearlier completion; identify related disruption, acceleration and recovery opportunities; andrecommend apportionment of the delay and/or acceleration and any additional associated costs inaccordance with applicable, accepted practices, such as AACE International issued RecommendedPractice No. 29 Forensic Schedule Analysis (RP 29)</li>\n <li>Provide reports of analyses and briefing materials as required.
