To achieve this, we are looking for<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">experienced professionals with expertise in the field of transmission system operation</span>. These experts will take part in local and international projects focusing on RES integration, security of supply, sustainability and economic efficiency of Power Systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Typical activities involve (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">but are not limited to)</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analysis and definition of operational principles;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Model definition and validation;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Steady-state (load flow, short circuit calculations etc);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, voltage stability..);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Grid Code requirement and connection compliance studies;</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (eg capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning..);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with our clients and developing proposals. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p>Your responsibilities will be determined by your competencies and expertise and will be discussed during your interviews with managers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 153, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master's degree in Engineering or Applied Mathematics/Physics;</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Power System Operations and Security (balancing and RES system integration, system operation and state-of-the-art technological solutions);</li>\n<li>Expertise in translating complex data into key strategic insights and valuable actions;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE).</li>\n<li>Fluent in English;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of German, Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 153, 0); font-size: 14pt\">What we offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Permanent contract or freelance position;</span></li>\n<li><span>Attractive salary package and an extensive array of fringe benefits;</span></li>\n<li><span>Exciting, professional and international environment in a fast-growing company;</span></li>\n<li><span>Unique training, personal development and growth opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At EGI, we value diversity and inclusion.
