This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across live projects, work alongside seasoned Project Managers, and learn how innovative construction really happens—from the field to fabrication.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support Project Delivery:</span><span> </span>Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs on day-to-day operations across active jobs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the Details:</span><span> </span>Help prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), RFIs, submittals, and change orders.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stay Close to the Field:</span><span> </span>Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and resolve real-world challenges.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive Project Clarity:</span><span> </span>Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, and action logs to keep teams aligned.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Champion Safety &amp; Quality:</span><span> </span>Assist in implementing jobsite safety protocols and compliance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learn &amp; Grow</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Set Goals, See Progress:</span><span> </span>Create a personal learning plan to guide your summer growth.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Get Mentorship:</span><span> </span>Receive feedback and coaching from project leaders in construction management, scheduling, and financial controls.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Real Projects:</span><span> </span>Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to multiple delivery types—from modular builds to healthcare facilities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Understand the System:</span><span> </span>Learn how Creature’s integrated model connects design, manufacturing, and construction into one streamlined process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a degree in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field</span></li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Experience with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procore</span><span> </span>or construction software is a plus</li>\n<li>Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn by doing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Creature</span></span></p>\n<p>At Creature, we’re not just building projects—we’re building systems, teams, and careers.
